Navantia Launches Second F110 Frigate Ahead of Schedule for Spanish Navy

Navantia launched the second F110-class frigate, the Roger de Lauria (F112), for the Spanish Navy in Ferrol, four months earlier than scheduled. This vessel is the second of five frigates in the F110 program. Construction of the frigate will continue at the shipyard quay until its delivery in 2029. The program is noted for its industrial and technological development, strengthening Spain's strategic autonomy and generating employment.
